For our members age 50 and older, Velocity Credit Union offers a special package of benefits and services to help better meet their financial needs. Its called the Senior Partners Club. Don’t worry, there are no meetings and no dues! Take a look at the requirements and benefits below.

Senior Partners Club Requirements

All members age 50 and older are eligible to become a member of the Senior Partners Club if they meet at least ONE of the following criteria:

• Member has combined deposits in Velocity Credit Union share certificates, IRAs, Prestige Money Market account, or regular shares (savings) equaling $1,000.00 or more
• Member utilizes Direct Deposit to automatically deposit at least $200.00 per month on a recurring basis to any Velocity Credit Union account. This can be any Direct Deposit from employer payroll, employer retirement, or federal payment like Social Security.
• Member has an Velocity Credit Union MasterCard or Quickloan account in good standing with a credit limit of $1,500.00 or more.

Senior Partners Club Benefits

• No service charge on our Regular Checking accounts
• Unlimited regular American Express Travelers Checks or Travelers Checks For Two at no cost.
• Eligibility for special loan rates. On many types of loans, this could mean a reduction of 0.20% APR to 0.50% APR* on your next loan. This includes unsecured loans, new and used auto loans and loans for boats, recreational vehicles, furniture, appliances, and much more.
• Eligibility for special share certificate rates on your deposit of $5,000.00 or more. These special rates can increase your investment Annual Percentage Yield by 0.10% APY to 0.20% APY** depending upon the amount you invest.
• A special Senior Partners Club identification card. Present this card to receive any of the above benefits.
• Free teller checks issued to member or third party
• Other benefits may be offered to Senior Partners Club members throughout the year on a periodic basis.
